United Kingdom
On January 29, 2025, the UK Gambling Commission launched a consultation on proposed changes to the (GMTS), and (LCCP).
This consultation package includes the third set of proposed changes to the UK's gambling regulatory framework, which is required to implement the commission's commitments as part of the 2023 white paper gambling review.

Denmark
On March 11, 2025, Denmark notified the European Commission of the Gambling Authority's (DGA) requirements for reporting game data.
The draft text attached to the contains the requirements for what type of data and in what format must be provided for fixed-odds betting, casino games, poker cash, poker tournaments, pool games and jackpots.
The draft text also introduces compact reporting, which is necessary for system bets with more than 256 combinations. Generally with system games, bets can be unpacked and reported separately, but where there are 256 or more combinations, compact reporting is mandatory.
The European Commission notification's standstill period ends on June 12, 2025.
Massachusetts
On May 27, 2025, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) public comment on a sports-wagering advertising regulation.
The MGC seeks to sports-wagering operators to disclose on all marketing or advertising by or on behalf of the operator the financial, employment, personal, or other relationship with the operator. The MGC will hold a public hearing on June 16, 2025 to discuss the proposed regulation.
Written comments should be submitted in accordance with the directions on the . Comments must be received by 5 PM on June 13, 2025.

On March 11, 2025, the Slovenian Ministry of Finance the European Commission of draft amendments to reporting requirements for online gambling operators. The draft introduces unified reporting obligations for licensed operators and outlines the following key provisions:

Lithuania
On March 13, 2025, the Lithuanian Gambling Supervision Service under the Ministry of Finance the European Commission of draft rules for responsible gambling. The notification has been made under Directive (EU) 2015/1535, which requires Member States to inform the commission of proposed technical regulations that could impact trade within the internal market.
The draft rules outline responsible gambling measures for licensed operators in Lithuania and includes the following provisions:
The rules apply to all companies holding licenses and permits to organise gambling in Lithuania, ensuring compliance with the latest amendments to the Gambling Law.
The standstill period for the notification ends on June 16, 2025.
Sweden
On March 14, 2025, the Swedish Consumer Agency the European Commission about issuing a general advice on the marketing of gambling to consumers.
The agency's advice, which is applicable to marketing of gambling, stipulates the following additional provisions to be applicable to gambling advertising:
The provisions aim to simplify the interpretation of the requirement for moderation and to provide the industry with guidance on how gambling marketing should be designed to comply with current legislation.
